Return Process

  Ensure the pet apparel or tech accessory is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and electronics in their original packaging.

  Drop Off or Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Singapore Post location or our designated collection point.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
